 What you will do:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for iOS mobile app development, from ideation to release and ongoing support.
  • Form and lead development teams, making decisions about team composition (in-house, outsourced, or hybrid teams) and task allocation.
  • Set, negotiate, and control project budgets, including coordinating adjustments with senior management.
  • Plan and monitor timelines for all project stages and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, decompose tasks, and prepare technical documentation, including maintaining project passports.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of outsourced teams (if applicable).
  • Manage project changes and risks, ensuring timely adaptation to changes.

 

What you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product/Project Manager in mobile (iOS) and web development.
  • Deep understanding of all stages of mobile app development.
  • Experience working with development teams, including coordination of outsourced resources.
  • Strong planning, monitoring, and project management skills using modern methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to create and maintain project documentation, including project passports.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high organizational skills.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency for communication with international partners.
